32 schools qualify for the knockout stages of The Sharks Quiz Season 4.

Tension heightened as faces lightened at the fall and rise of competing schools in the last season of The Sharks Quiz. Weeks of teeth-gnashing, captivating and mind-stimulating performances were the haggling strengths of competing institutions towards the coveted trophy. Amidst the bragging moments and shoulder-level contests, the journey of defying odds, taking risks and breaking grounds saw Presbyterian Boys' Senior High School (PRESEC – Legon) emerge as the Season 3 champions, and Christian High as the JuniorSharks champions.

The academic battle unfolds into its fourth season. In a prevalent Covid-19 era, regional prelims have been held online to slot qualifying institutions. Sixteen schools each have battled their way virtually, through the preliminary stages of the quiz for the junior and senior levels respectively.

While institutions like Vine Christian, Kay Billie Klaer International, Forces, Osu Home, Kotoka International, Services, The Lord's Star, Gondar, Garrison, Air Force, Afaus Lovely and Celestial Junior High Schools justified their inclusion from the preliminary stage at the junior level, Ghana International Christian High, DPS, Burma Camp and Manna International Junior High Schools stood above them as ranked schools from last season.

On an opposite dimension, Opoku ware, Ghana Christian High, St. Peter's, Wesley Girls', Anglican, St. Augustine's, Achimota Senior High Schools and Adisadel College contended fiercely to secure spots ahead of the main quiz. The remaining schools in this category are Sonrise Christian High, Mfantsiman Girls', Okuapeman and Accra Girls' schools with Presbyterian Boys', Mawuli, Keta and St. Thomas Aquinas High Schools comfortably ranked to compete at predetermined stages of the competition.

In the next fifteen weeks, expectations may be exceeded, hopes dashed and a mixture of joyous and gloomy expressions and emotions anticipated as students and supporters of the various institutions gallantly rally behind their respective representatives and cheer them on to victory. Audience can share in the fun and grizzling moments via facebook live and Youtube channels of TV3 and The Sharks Quiz.
