Ghana Christian International High School wins the Junior Sharks Season 4 sponsored by Indomie

Though the senior team of the Ghana Christian International School narrowly lost the trophy, the junior team did not; they were crowned winners of the Junior Sharks Quiz Season 4.

The defending champions Ghana Christian Internation High School lived up to expectation, beating Vine Christian school to retain the trophy.

Selasi Dzimeku, representing the Minister of Education at the event spoke on the importance of STEM education and how competitions such as The Sharks Quiz ignites the interest of students to follow STEM paths. He added, the Ministry of Education is focused on improving STEM education in the country and will soon come out with initiatives at the basic and high school levels to close that gap. "STEM is the future and we must embrace it", he added.

The competition is organized annually to test students on core competencies: Literacies, Numeracy, STEM and Social Literacy. Kellogg and Indomie have committed to support the program because it seeks to develop young people for a better future, which are values that both brands hold on to strongly.
