The North Remembers!- as St. Hubert send Tamale Islamic Science packing

Even though Tamale Islamic were not completely outnumbered, the seminarians were just too strong.

St. Hubert had far more personnel possessing a greater degree of proficiency than Tamale Islamic Science SHS.

From Literacy, Numeracy, and STEM, St. Hubert turned the heat on Tamale Islamic Science and had them worn out.

Tamale Islamic's biggest asset was to be in Social Literacy, but it was too little to stampede the determined seminarians.

Right Corner Round

Tamale began this round and blew everyone away with their exceptional abilities in Social Literacy.

Having seventy (70) points in this Round to begin a contest at this level of the competition is absolutely blinding.

St. Hubert Seminary and SHS had learnt lessons from their last contest against Aggrey Memorial.

They improved massively on their last score to end this round with fifty (50) points.

R Cubed Round

St. Hubert came into this round roaring and left with raging success.

They picked crucial points in all the sub segments of Reading, Writing, and Arithmetics.

Tamale Islamic Science were there and about, striving to earn as much as their abilities could take them.

The sum total of all their efforts was twenty-five (25) points while St. Hubert claimed fifty-five (55) points.

STEM Round

St. Hubert were not prepared to let their feet off the pedal, and without second thought they buzzed to snatch the first riddle.

They kept going hard and fast on the riddles with utmost efficiency, so that out of the four questions buzzed for, all were on target.

Tamale Islamic Science did attempt to match St. Hubert toe-to-toe but it was two steps forward, and two steps back- zero (0).

St. Hubert once again earned a high score of forty (40) points to end the Round.

One-on-one Round

English experts: John and Hafsa took center stage for St. Hubert Seminary and SHS, and Tamale Islamic Science SHS respectively.

Ten (10) points went to John for his crisp answer to the second question.

Pedro and Razak followed next as Math Sharks for St. Hubert and Tamale Islamic respectively.

Both answers given to the two questions by the two contestants were not correct.

In Science, Pedro and Issah represented St. Hubert and Tamale Islamic respectively as experts.

Issah was the only one who added ten (10) points to Tamale Islamic, even though it was not going to alter the fate of this contest.

St. Hubert presented Nyakpas as General Knowledge expert while Tamale Islamic presented Rahaman.

Nothing of note came from both of them on the two questions.

So St. Hubert took ten (10) points as Tamale Islamic also took ten (10) points at the end of the round.

With one hundred and five (105) points, Tamale Islamic Science came second to eventual winners, St. Hubert Seminary and SHS who had one hundred and fifty-five (155) points.

St. Hubert Seminary and SHS produced a significantly improved performance over their First Round contest.

If they keep going on at this pace, they will be unstoppable.
