Indeed, one can say Angel’s Ridge had a hand of God in this win, as the story is nothing short of a miracle.

This win by Angel's Ridge win still serve as a constant reminder of the intensity of Junior Sharks contests.

Right Corner Round

Angel's Ridge had won the right to go first on their social literacy questions.

With confidence, they picked the first three questions without breaking a sweat.

The rest of the questions got them conferencing and jaw-jawing, but to no avail.

Jireh International's story was not fundamentally different, but they were able to get one more question correctly.

Thirty (30) points stood for Angel's Ridge while forty (40) points went for Jireh International at the end of the round.

R Cubed Round

Jireh International picked the first question of the round beautifully.

Angel’s Ridge continued what Jireh had started with their own right answer neatly delivered.

Interestingly, the two teams decided to compete on a tactical level, opting to be on the safe side of quizmistress.

Angel’s Ridge was to be the only school to deliver correct answers in the Arithmetic segment.

Jireh International, on the other hand either missed or gave a popular cliché in Junior Sharks, “pass”.

At the end of the Round, Jireh International had ten (10) points to Angel’s Ridge's twenty-five (25) points.

STEM Round

Both teams looked about nervously as they figured the clues to the first riddle. Nothing came out of that.

The round became uneventful up till the fourth riddle when Jireh International developed some testicular fortitude to buzz before Angel's Ridge could.

Jireh International took their first ten (10) points of the round for that quick thinking.

Angel’s Ridge did not cower, but rose to the challenge.

Jireh came back to pick the sixth Riddle to much applause, then Angel's Ridge followed with a correct answer on the seventh.

One sports commentator will say, “the game has just began”.

That's how the round ended, with both teams letting the last two questions slide.

Subsequently, the scores read twenty (20) points for either school.

One-on-one Round

Fans particularly interested in permutations will take the point difference of five (5)- advantage Angel’s Ridge and go to work with it.

Another keenly contested Junior Sharks 7 contest was at hand.

Nelson for Jireh Int. and Natalie for Angel's Ridge as English specialists came up in the shot.

They were tasked to reform a given sentence. But their facial expressions to the question said it all- no idea!

Natalie was on point when asked to fill in missing letters.

In Math, Gerrard and Josiah for Jireh International and Angel’s Ridge gave an entertaining spectacle.

As Gerrard buzzed accurately for the first question, Josiah buzzed like a bolt of lightening to hit correctly the second question.

Jaden attempted the two questions asked in Science when he was introduced as the Science expert for Angel's Ridge.

He was hoping upon hope that his counterpart across for Jireh International, David, would fumble too.

But David took his chances and got the second question correctly.

Still the five (5) point difference- advantage Angel’s Ridge hadn't changed.

Oppong and Davidson were going to be hailed in the history of their schools if they could deliver the final victory.

None were interested in having their names written in gold, sadly.

The round had ended on that note, and scores showed another forty (40) points in the round shared equally between the two schools.
