#JuniorSharks-DPS blasts Great Faith Rockery apart

The #JuniorSharks Season 3 finalists, Delhi Private School( DPS) International produced a 5-star display when their intellect was debriefed at the 1/16th stage of the competition.

Great Faith Rockery was the 'rock of Gibraltar' posing an impediment to the forward march of last season's losing finalist.

DPS, however, came fully equipped for the task, blowing away Great Faith away effortlessly.

In keeping with the spirit of the competition, introductions by contestants were delivered after which the ball was set rolling.

Round 1

The Round started with questions for Great Faith Rockery, and the rock on which they stood looked shaky.

DPS, on the other hand approached their questions with lightening speed and utmost alacrity.

Even after they'd exhausted their full eight questions, there was still ample time left to mop up the one question that stood as "pass".

The scores at the end of Round One stood at DPS-70 points to Great Faith Rockery's 30 points.

Round 2

In the 'R Cube' Round, DPS stood apart from other schools in that they appear not to suffer the mathematics handicap of other schools.

With the introduction of especially, she led the charge to add an extra unbeatable 60 points to the Tema-based school whereas Great Faith unfortunately retrogressed to negative.

Round 3

Anita was brought on to restore the faith of Great Faith in the competition and it paid off as they gave some brilliant answers as DPS.

Round 4

The specialists in the English segment for both schools had no clue to the two questions posed by affable Quizmistress, Shelly Agyapong.

Kezia's entrance for DPS as the Maths specialist was greeted with wild cheers from the loud DPS contingent.

And she didn't let her fans down, sharing the twenty points with Jokebed, the specialist from Great Faith.

Future scientists, Joao and Collins took the baton and Collins emerged the sharper of the two.

Lastly, the social scientists Nana Kwame and Desmond for DPS and Great Faith Rockery respectively were tasked to showcase their general knowledge.

Once again, Great Faith edged DPS by correctly identifying the photo of Jeff Besoz, founder and Executive Chairman of Amazon.

'East/ West, DPS is the best", the ecstatic DPS chanted, but Great Faith acquitted themselves as honourable losers and deserve a pat on the back.
